Glenn L Abrams, MS, LMFT

Glenn is a bilingual (Spanish & English) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#LMFT53725) in the San Gabriel Valley, California area. For over 13 years he has provided therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, families, adults, as well as couples with various mental health difficulties. Glenn also has over 24 years of experience working with children, and adolescents, both in the special education/educational system, juvenile justice system, and foster care system.

Through this experience, Glenn's formal education, and training he has developed an ability to quickly build a healthy therapeutic relationship with clients, especially children, adolescents, and young adults. Glenn believes it is this relationship that is essential for a therapist to help one overcome their various mental health, and behavioral difficulties. With this help one can then have that chance to realize their true potential.

Our specialized services for young adults provide effective brief/short term therapy. Longer term therapy is also provided as needed.

Young Adults

  • Does it feel like sadness, anxiety, anger, irritability, fear, thoughts of suicide, or other intense feelings are often stopping you from doing what you want to do with your life?
  • Do these feelings seem to be so tough to deal with that even thinking about the question above feel like an impossible task?
  • Has there been a major change, or traumatic/difficult event in your life that you just can't seem to "get over"?

These are just a few of the difficulties that often appear for young adults like you who are trying to focus on becoming successful, as well as independent from their parents/families. Our services can help support you with managing, and overcoming your difficulties which may appear on that so often difficult path of young adulthood.
